"I don’t like to leave reviews but this has me so upset!! I wish I could leave no stars. Not only did the associate not pierce through the front to the back but in a downward tilt, she missed several times on his left earlobe and had to keep attempting the pierce. Upon getting home we realized the slant of the piercings and had to take the right one out. Now his left earlobe is swollen and the earring sunk inside. I am so furious because he has to take a round of antibiotics as well as deal with the possible permanent damage your store caused. This is unfair, unacceptable and heartbreaking! You all should not offer the service if your employees cannot provide it safely and efficiently, it is false advertising. You are lying to the public. He may never want to or even be able to try again in the future because of this."
