"Ordered online, was shipped very quick. Got the ring was thrilled until saw a white mark like a zig zag on the gold. Not a scratch like a plaster burn or something. Sent back 1 days later. Was told there is a 6 week wait for a refund. Are you serious? Won’t recommend take your hard earned money and go to a store and purchase. Won’t recommend this place in person or online ."

The associate didn't even know their return policies well, she said anything I buy online must be returned in store, which is not true. They have free 30 day return via shipping still on their website, maybe it's their way of trying to make a sale. Anyway, I trust their online experience more, won't be going to their store at all."
