Every time I stop in whether I’m served by someone who’s helped me with past transactions, or some new face, the knowledge each of them has concerning the product is music to my ears. To be able to give me the ups and downs( pun intended) of any product I show interest in, is in itself, worth the trip. I’ve never been steered wrong with any product. "They are usually pretty good but today I was lied to by a younger girl with dark hair and glasses at the front desk on something I had purchased. When I had told her that she was wrong after I had already purchased it, I was told that I was pretty much stuck with it and there was nothing going to be done. I asked to return it for store credit and was told no. If she ends up wanting to help you, refuse and ask for somebody else. This girl is very in knowledgeable and will lie to make a sale. I will be speaking to the store owner when I get a chance. $40 wasted now. Needless to say I’m going to let everybody I speak to know about this experience. Update: I emailed the address given with a detailed explanation of the situation and never heard back. Seems like they only replied here to save face. They can’t even give the courtesy of a return email. Very disappointed in cloud 9 as a whole at this point. This is a 2 star review at this point, not 3 anymore."
