"This establishment is a sham. They sell fake merchandise Rolex to be specific. My husband purchased a watch we both did and his watch received water damage after swimming in a pool that never happens with an authentic Rolex. We took it to an authorized dealer who specializes in Rolex time pieces and he stated non of the parts were from Rolex and they won’t even touch it it’s not. I don’t doubt if these people hadn’t ripped off many customers and the customer service is mediocre at best. I suggest buying straight from Rolex or a reputable dealer. It sickens me to know that people spend there money only to be fooled and lied to, By the way when the dealer broke my watch I wanted to see if mine was authentic, but nope and they scrutinized that watch thoroughly under the highest magnification so embarrassing and I’m pretty sure other people who purchased from this place have on subpar watches as well. Spend your money elsewhere."
