"Horrible customer service! Had a jewelry repair and the gentleman promised my jewelry repair would be done within the next day at a specific time. I drove all the way up there to retrieve my repair only for them to tell me that it wasn’t ready without even a phone call! Wasted gas! Take your business to a more professional jewelry repair store! Who will actually give you a call when issues arise as such!"

"My wedding ring diamond setting broke off from the mount on my ring. So I started looking for a jewelry repair place near my home and as I was researching I came across Mor's Jewelry and Repair located at Stonecrest Mall which had great reviews! So I felt good about choosing this place to repair my ring. Now it has been years since I have visited this mall. However, I could not have been more pleased with this place. Upon entering the store which is located by Macy's in the mall, my husband and I were greeted very warmly by a young lady behind the counter. I told her what services I needed and the owner was up front as well. He quickly came over and advised how much it would cost for repair. Now I had already googled what the average repair cost was and he was below average so I was very happy with the price. Also the appearance of the stores was very nice and your eyes might get blinded by all the shine from all the jewelry. So I was told my ring would be ready in 2 days after 3 p.m. and it was. My ring looked way better when I picked it up then when I dropped it off. The owner who by the way is very professional also advised if I had any other jewelry pieces that I wanted to do something special with that he could turn then into something special. I will definitely be back as it was a very good experience!"

"When I say, I barely walk into Stonecrest Mall, that would be an understatement! I just happened to need a replacement battery for a watch a few months ago and the mall was nearby. I approached Mor’s Jewelry & Repair (second level). The ambience was welcoming so I walked in. I also saved a few dollars because I was headed to another jewelry repair shop but I passed this one first. That particular transaction was quick and easy. I usually like to visit a store/business more than once before doing a review. This time I decided to return for another watch battery. I met the Owner, Mor, who was very pleasant while introducing himself. He came from behind the work area to inform me of additional services I would need for this watch. I was unaware this particular watch needed two batteries. Mor kindly informed me right away and even did a small repair at no charge. Positive experience during both visits."
