"Rox Jewlers is a great jewelry shop with good customer service and jewelry options! My best friend and I got matching permanent bracelets from Rox Jewelers last April and had a great experience. It was spring break so of course we spent the whole break together. We’ve been friends pretty much since we were babies, and what better way to celebrate us than to get matching bracelets. Permanent bracelets to be exact. I googled permanent bracelets in google and had a lot of options come up. I came across Rox Jewlers in Decatur, Ga. I went on their website, which looked so pretty I immediately booked an appointment for us. The day of the original appointment, we unexpectedly had such a busy day. Because of which I had to call and reschedule the time multiple times; thinking we would not be able to make it on time. Despite the frequent time changes, the staff was very patient and kind. They gave me all the available times for that day. When my friend and I went in to the boutique, and even though it was small, it was very cute. Upon walking in we were kindly greeted. We had two people ahead of us, so we had to wait until they checked out. While my friend and I were waiting, I walked around looking at all their jewelry. They had a very pretty collection of all kinds of jewelry you could imagine! Not to mention they also make custom pieces upon request. When it was our turn, one of their staff members came out and we were seated in this little corner where they had their setup for the permanent jewelry. She brought out their selection of all the chains for the permanent bracelet options and told us to pick the one we wanted. They had gold, silver, gold and silver, and rose gold. Although their options for the rose gold were very few compared to their selection in gold and silver. My best friend is a gold girly, and I used to be a silver girly. Because of which we were so indecisive about which one we should get. She had picked out a gold chain and I had a silver one I wanted. After a few minutes of debate, the lady suggested how we could get their chain that has both gold and silver. But we didn’t really like the design of that chain, and because she was so friendly it was easy to be able to tell her honestly. After a few more minutes of debated we finally picked a gold Cuban link chain that both my friend and I liked. My friend went first, and we were both given these black glasses that she said were to protect our eyes from their zapping machine. I guess the lady saw how my friend and I looked confused and hesitant when taking the glasses, so she proceeded to inform us the glasses are not a must to wear as the laser is very small and does not reach the eye. But as a precaution, they provide it. My friend put on the glasses and set out her hand. The lady then measured the chain on her wrist and asked my friend how tight or loose she would like it. Once my friend picked the size, the lady cut the chain and brought out the zapping machine. During this whole process the kind lady was guiding us along the steps and explaining to us what she was doing. She connected the chain on my friend's length with a little gold jump ring: basically, a small circle you can clasp your jewelry on. She then placed like a small cloth on the wrist underneath the chain and simply lasered the jump ring where it opens from. And it was all done! She did the same for me and we were done in literally five minutes! The manager came after we were done and asked if she could take a picture of us for their website, which we let her. After that all we did was pay and leave. It was a very quick and fun process, not to mention the shop is very cute and fun to look around their cute pieces! Not a lot of places in Atlanta have permanent jewelry, so I was glad to find them!"

"Special boutique jewellery store with very knowledgeable kindly folks. I took a clock in to be fixed and despite it being months before I could get back to pick it up, they they did not bug me and were so very nice when I did go get it. And what gorgeous special pieces of jewellery I saw in their cases. Very impressed. Will be back."
"Jennifer helped me design a pendant using some loose diamonds I inherited, and it turned out beautifully. It’s a piece I wear and enjoy every day. Her expertise and knowledge were essential, and I am thoroughly pleased with the result. Rox does excellent repairs as well. Highly recommend this neighborhood jeweler!"
