"i got the open heart necklace as a gift and less than a month of having it the chain broke which lead to the heart charm to get lost. i went into the store to get a consult to get it fix and immediately i was profiled and called another asian customer name by one of the guys that worked there. the girl that did my consult said she would be able to send it to the repair team to get the heart replaced and chain fixed. 2 months goes by and i heard nothing so i called the repair team. they said that they couldn’t replace the heart but they can replace the chain. i called the phipps plaza store and talked with the manager there and she said she can do a one time replacement for the miscommunication but that she will have to note on my profile, but upon looking at the “new” necklace i realize that the charm is dirty and the coloring is already tarnished off. it looks like they gave me a refurbished charm which is not appropriate. i was told that i would be getting a NEW replacement but got a worn out tarnished one."
