"Bought two rings on a Carnival Cruise ship and was told that they would not tarnish or leave my finger green. After a few weeks of wearing them, they both turned my fingers green and they changed colors. I feel I was lied to about the product and would advise others to stay away from products made by this company. Their warranty is a joke amd will put you in a perpetual loop of replacing their products."

"I have bought the 6 prong two tone ring 3 times and love the ring. Just wish you made it in 925 silver covered in rhodium so it wouldn't lose its color. When color wears away it is so ugly . I know I could return it but your company doesnt have good warranty procedure so I just buy another. "I have purchased a few items from FireCZ, their earrings are SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!!! I think they are designed by a guy. They only design earrings for pierced ears, and the posts are so long they pock your jaw when you use the phone. They could increase sales and their customer satisfaction if they would design their earnings with hoops. Do not buy from them, you will be disappointed."
