"i placed an online pickup order for a few christmas gifts two days before christmas. so firstly, when i received the email that the order was ready after 2 hours, they informed me at the same exact time that one of the pieces were not available. understandable because it’s busy during the holidays but not understandable that they waited until the last second to inform me, without giving me the option to choose something else. i ordered an engraved necklace for my mom & a charm with a bangle bracelet for my MIL (bangle free if you spend over $125, which is why i even chose to get her a gift from pandora in the first place). when i arrived i was told they were out of bracelets & to contact customer service & they’ll send me one in the mail. annoying but i get its busy. definitely take down your advertisements plastered all over the store then because that’s the only reason why i knew it was a promo. and LASTLY, the engraving machine stopped working so i could not engrave my necklace. the rep told me to wait 30 mins and come back to see if its on, gave them 45 for good measure. the RUDE woman at the door stopped me and said the engraving machine had not been working for 3 days and they’re not fixing it because they don’t have time and she doesn’t even know why they’d tell me to wait. KK! so i sat there twiddling my thumbs for 45 mins because this location clearly has some real employee issues. customer service keeps telling me someone will call back in 24 hours-nothin, still hasn’t been resolved or addressed and it’s been almost 20 days waiting for their escalation team. trasssshhhh & i mean trash & overhype & honestly let’s be real the pieces aren’t that cute for all this. i’m down $200 and embarrassed on christmas cause my mom and MIL looked real confused when they opened a plain dog tag necklace & my MIL GOT A CHARM WHEN SHE HAS NO BRACELET . yall ruined my christmas really."

"The SLOWEST pandora I have ever gone to. I know it’s Holliday season and there is a lot more customers than usual but to wait almost 2 hrs just to be attended is crazy. On top of that, no one ever apologized for the wait time and when It was my turn all I was told is “what are you going to want”. Very disappointed. Also this is how my earrings were packaged… I had to remove them myself and fix them to look presentable for a gift."

"Bad experience today at the Cumberland mall location. First of all never judge someone on their outward appearence. I came in the store and spoke to Kelsey (no response). This lady was rude and unprofessional. This manager suggested a "lesser value" item than what I asked about. Quit if you don't like your job Kelsey."

"I recently visited this location the entire staff was so helpful, nice and courteous. Nijah was my sales person and she did a phenomenal job assisting me with the replacement of my wife's bracelet. It's a shame that the warrantees don't last longer. Be that as it may the service was top notch and I will return to buy a few more charms for this bracelet. Thank you Queen Nijah!!! You're the best!!!!!"
