"Today was a good day at Kay's Jewelry in Cumberland (Ga). I only went to pick up my Amethyst ring from service. I encountered the most engaging employee (May). She not only took time with me, asked what else I was doing for the day but she told me about the 30% off weekend. She MADE me remember Valentine’s and my Mother’s birthday needed gifts. Because of her personable service I decided to get them all jewelry. I also end up following through with the trade in I've been thinking about for two years. She has a customer for life.
