"I paid for gas here, then left and forgot to pump it. Approximately 20-30 minutes later-and miles away, already picking up a Doordash order, I noticed my car had zero miles left to drive! I called Harry's (Shell) and brought it to their attention. They said to return and pump. No problem! They were very polite about it, and immediately reset the pump for me when I arrived so I could quickly pump gas and carry on with business. I was relieved! Thank you!"

"Our baby had diarrhea from being sick. It covered his entire car seat. They searched their entire store for supplies and a box cutter so we could clean the mess and fashion a new car seat cover. They went out of their way to be incredibly helpful and saved our day!"
