"I had to replace lost jewelry through an insurance claim. The store was not that busy,more employees than customers, yet it took about 20 minutes to get attention. They misplaced my jewelry and it took nearly three weeks for what I was told should only take 24-48 hours. Ultimately I had to drive to another location to pick up my $2,900 worth of jewelry. Not very satisfied with the way the entire situation was handled. Probably won't return. I do love my rings,but wish I still had the sentimental missing ones."
