"Staff are always friendly and helpful. Selection is decent, could be better but that's mostly due to demand. Prices are fair. The only thing I can't quite figure out is...why in the Hell does a shop designed to help people quit smoking constantly smell like a Damn cig is lit? Seriously people, the idea is to stop smoking and reduce harm, not just to yourself, but to those around you as well, including your customers. Your product selection is not anywhere near good enough to justify me walking out of your shop like I just smoked myself."
