To his credit, he offered to put the battery in for me, but I didn't have the watch with me. Nevertheless, a 3900% markup for a battery is a little excessive. Sounds like overcharging is a theme among his previous customers."

"Took it in and picked it up after 3 weeks but still did not run correctly. Another 12 weeks later and still the clock is not fixed. I told him I would just come by and pick it up and told him what day. We drove the 30 miles and when we arrived at 1:15pm he had already left for the day. He cannot fix clocks and his customer service is non existent. I’m still trying to get my clock back. We are out 250.00 and he says “I don’t give refunds!” Do not trust this man!"
