"My husband and I dropped off a very expensive wedding band set that the diamond had fell out of one of the invisible mount and was lost. He quoted us a price ,that was below what we had expected so we were very pleased. He told us it would be ready in 3 to 4 weeks. Exactly one week later we get the call that it’s ready. My husband picks it up and brings it home to me. It was in a lighted ring box and it looked better then when we purchased it! "All i can say is if you choose to buy jewelry from here please make sure you know the jewelry is well made. I will not claim all of their jewelry is made poorly in any way however the experience I’ve had has been very frustrating and i just want to let other know. While the customer service was decent and they did attempt to resolve the problem they simply lacked the skill to fix this problem and i now have to go through a different jeweler to have my jewelry fixed properly. This is not a post to ruin the reputation i simply want others to ask questions about the items they purchase. They did fix the missing stones I’ve lost within two years of having it and then lost another within a week of having repairs done. Yes they covered the cost of repairs but i am still left with a ring that is missing stones. After we were asked to pay $250 for labor which was not done successfully done"
