"I went in with my husband to get my ring cleaned. I was told it needed to get sent off to be fixed before it could get cleaned. Then I went back in to send it off after our anniversary. The older lady with the platinum blonde Bob cut helped me and was extremely aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. When I stated that to them with explaining what I wanted she got even more aggressive. Today my ring came back in. It was even dirtier then when it was sent off to get fixed and cleaned. I had to argue with the person again to do what was requested. My husband and I have been Kay’s customers since 2010 and have never dealt with these issues before. It seems like this location has some real big issue that need to get fixed with customer service."
