"They lied to me and ripped me for 350$ now they won't correct it. Beware of this company !!!!"

"Ordered replacement main board for TV. Received defective item. Original gave slightly flickering picture; replacement gave only vertical coloured lines (fitted by electrical engineer, not an incompetent). Several communications with GTV remained unanswered. Eventually (after months) got a response and returned item for a refund (tracking confirmed delivery). Refund was never issued despite multiple email and phone requests - all ignored. Even Better Business Bureau got no response. GTV delayed responding long enough that my credit card company could not reclaim the payment (outside permitted window). Conclusion - this company is a scam, selling defective parts and not standing behind them. Should not be allowed to trade. Recommendation - do NOT do business with this company; you'll lose your money, as I did."

"Quoted $400 for repair. I was told power supply and motherboard was bad. I took it to ubreakifix across from QT on 124 near Ronald Regan. $220 repair. Bad power supply only."

"My husband made an appointment with this business to come out to determine what was wrong with my tv. He never showed, nor called at the appointment time or date to let us know he couldnt make it. I suggest you never use this company for any of your needs. Bad service, not professional."

"*DO NOT GET YOUR TV REPAIRED HERE!*The customer service was absolutely horrific. I took my TV here to get repaired and they charged me a $35 "Diagnostic Fee". I paid the fee and the repairman informed me that my TV needed a new LED light installed and that I would need to pay $100 for the LED part and delivery. I pay the additional $100 and a week later he informs me that he can't fix my TV and he doesn't know what's wrong with it. He told me he would process a refund to my debit card that will take 2-3 business days but the refund would only be for the $100 because the $35 diagnostic fee was "non-refundable" (EVEN THOUGH THE DIAGNOSIS WAS WRONG!). I went back to the shop to pick up my TV and the guy did not have my remote that I dropped off with the TV. He told me the other guy who works at the shop left it at home and will bring it the following day. I come the following day and the guy still didn't have my remote. My husband and I had to make 3 different trips just to get our remote back. To put the cherry on top, I never received my refund and I had to end up calling my bank to reverse the charge. Save yourself the headache and do not get your tv serviced here."
