"He was very professional, handling many customers at once, while they were short staffed, and despite the stress and the way some of the customers were talking to him, he remained calm, polite, de escalated the situation, and in the end the customer left satisfied. This customer drove almost 45 minutes away from where she lives. She took the phone in to her cell company, and they said it was far too technical difficulty to fix as it was a flip phone, and they recommended this store, despite the distance and closer stores, as they told her they are the best. They have made a reputation for themselves, and despite some challenges, they kept a smile, completely work in less than estimated time, and made the process the best I've ever experienced....and I've been to a LOT of cell repair stores."

"I am very satisfied with the service I received! I came in to get the inner screen fixed on my samsung Galaxy Z Fold. The tech installed the inner screen, but accidentally broke the outer screen. This happens often based on my understanding because of how the screens are set up. Fortunately, they got me a new outer screen within a day. Now, I have 2 new screens and the Tech gave me a free phone charging block for the inconvenience. I am really satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this company and the Snellville Store location."

"My phone was repaired in a timely manner. However, the technician needs to improve his customer service skills. I waited atleast 4 minutes standing in front of him as he was repairing another customer's phone, before I spoke and he addressed me as a customer. There was no further communication except when I asked if he was the only technician there? Still standing for over 3 minutes without any communication, he finally said Ma'am I will be with you in a few minutes. He could have said some thing at my entrance as I understood he was busy."

What really stood out during my visit was the receptionist/tech’s, Aryanna M, warm and welcoming demeanor. She made me feel at ease right from the start, which was a big relief considering the stress of a broken phone screen. Additionally, she took the time to suggest other products that could be helpful for my other devices at home, which I appreciated. One piece of advice from my visit: they include screen protectors with their screen replacements, so you might not need to purchase one separately. It's a small detail, but it shows that they're looking out for their customers' needs. Overall, UbreakIfix provided a great service, and I'll definitely consider them for any future device repairs."
