His price was fair and my wife loved that our water was only off for about 30 mins to replace the water heater. He also kept our house very clean and took us through the steps and followup. "Temperatures in the high 90s. The first AC repair guy botched the repair of a leak and tried to sell us another A/C unit. I called Max (Isael) for a second opinion. When I stated that the compressor was overheating and shutting off, he indicated that he could be here in a couple of hours. He looked at the system, ran a couple of tests, then gave us his solution. He then gave us two prices: one if it worked, and the other if it did not (which was barely enough to cover his consult time). His solution works! He charged us half the amount the other guy wanted for just the freon. He is an exceptional person: happy, friendly, enlightened and enlightening to be around. He is an exceptional professional: polite, knowledgeable, straightforward, and an excellent communicator."
"Five stars quality service. This company works professionally with the costumers need. The owner did an amazing job in my house , He split my AC in the two levels of my home. He installed a new AC unit my basement and it worked perfectly fine. Good costumer services. Fairly priced. I strongly recommend this company.
