"Poor customer service: Must be to busy making Tictoks or something in order to return a call. Call for serivce pay their high rates dont get a receipt. Called over 1a week ago about some fleet work never called back. All the reviews are most likly from their tictok follower."

"Honestly SS MOBILE REPAIR LLC are Awesome. I was stood up by another company who never showed up to the call. I waited over 2 hours. So I had to look for another company for my drivers and decided to call SS MOBILE REPAIR - Shawn arrived before expected ETA. ETA was 30-40mins Shawn showed up in like 15mins - he was fast in arriving. Shawn and his team helped us out of a jam on I-85 due to a coolant line that tore near the radiator and my drivers were stuck on the side of the freeway with traffic blazing by. To make matters worse it was after 9pm and parts availabilty was non exsistant - or so I thought. Shawn shows up sees what he needs, he and his team created a miracle and found the hose and clamps we needed. Shawn was determined to make sure my drivers were not going to stay stranded on the side of the freeway until the morning. Most companies won't even bother looking for parts after a certain hour, charge you insane pricing and leave your drivers stranded until the morning. BUT NOT SHAWN he found the parts. He sent a runner to go get the parts from a store that was an hour away they were able to beat the store's closing time and arrived with our parts. He and his team were determined to get my driver running no matter what it took. In less than 4hrs from when he recieved my call to when he recieved my payment - my drivers were back on the road with no problems. Their pricing is honest and fair 100%. I've done many service calls and this service call was worth every cent. It really shows how hard they work to make sure they get you back on the road. Great service, great guy, great company."

"This guy Shaun was amazing!!! As a female driver being stuck on the side of the interstate is extra scary. He showed up in half an hour, and just by looking told me what was wrong, walked a quarter mile and crossed 3 lanes of traffic to find 2 pieces of my missing drive shaft, helped me get my unit towed and helped find a repair shop. He made things a whole lot less stressful for me and made sure I was safe and off the road. Saved that number for sure. Very professional and all around good person!!!
