"Bryan (Brian?) arrived exactly on time, was friendly, organized, and extremely knowledgeable about his job and the Precor elliptical he had come to fix for us. He completed the task in half the estimated time, and explained what he was doing as he went. When he was all done, he used the machine for a little bit, and suggested we might want to grab some new wheels in the future. We are really excited to get back to exercising.
