"After months waiting for the repair of my bumper, I received the car back. I noticed rattling on the drive home. When I got home a large bolt fell to the floor. Global told me to bring it back in. When I got there they told me it wasn’t part of the repair. I forced them to inspect. It was their error. They put the bolt in. When I got home I found a trunk trim panel in the back seat of the car. I opened the trunk and there was a missing panel. They took it out, put in the back seat and didn’t replace it. I put the panel in. Obviously, there is no quality control. Scary. Fortunately I wasn’t having major accident repairs and the bolt didn’t cause an accident. Plus, over the 4 months it to fix a fender bender my car dropped $1300 in value.. My damage was only a bumper. Imagine… I would never use them again."

"Editing my review….if I could take away the last star I would. We were just having some general maintenance done on our car and the gentleman pointed out bolts that were not fastened and the exhaust which wasn’t reattached. This company is a complete joke. Customer service is trash as well as the service department. To be honest, dealing with Global Collision was the worst experience and I don’t even know where to begin regarding our experience. Drop off was fine. The gal who checked us in was nice, polite and professional. Unfortunately that was the last time we heard from her. We had to call every week to get an update on the progress of our car in the beginning. As time passed (a total of about 8 weeks to fix the damage from being rear ended) we had to call almost daily. These people are extremely difficult to even get on the phone so our already too frequent one call a day turned into 3-5 attempts. They couldn’t give me an estimate of when my car would be finished. “We’ll know when it will be done once it’s done and painted” is not an acceptable estimate. They don’t know how to communicate with insurance companies either. The ball was constantly dropped when communicating with them and lack of follow up. They claimed to not receive information from the insurance company on multiple occasions however we had also emailed them so I know it had been sent. I could go on and on about why this was such a horrible experience. It’s sad bc the work that completed was completed correctly but their office and customer service is an absolute disaster. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone."

"Absolutely amazing communication and customer service. Catherine on the service team was probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with. Had a very large repair ($20k+) done on my Mini Cooper and the team kept me in the loop through all of the steps, and even helped with a loaner car when the repair was taking significantly longer than expected. Car came out looking brand new. The repair was great, but literally the communication, empathy and help given by Catherine made having my car repaired at Global Collision worth it. Will absolutely recommend. (The delays on the car we’re mostly due to current supply chain issues so had to be understanding of the 3.5 month timeline)."

"I had a small ding in my bumper (smaller than a credit card) and dropped my car off to be repaired in early January 2022. Over 6 weeks passed and I had to call the repair facility regularly for updates. I never received a call unless it was in response to my calls, most of which were not returned. I cannot believe how unorganized and unprofessional this experience was. The entire time I was left fighting with insurance over my rental car, which required about 20 minutes every couple days to get the rental extended. I just picked up the car and it was not even rinsed off, it is filthy. Really shocked by this company."
