The customer service was friendly and helpful, and I got the battery for my computer shipped overnight. The price was reasonable, and I even signed up for their services of 25.00 a month if any devices were broken, like my phone, computer, television, or other devices. They were fast and quick, and I was satisfied with my laptop. The battery is brand new, and my computer is running much better; they also cleaned and scanned my computer to ensure no malware."

"Bump these guys + ASSurant. wasted 2 days to only mark it unrepairable and then I still have to wait another 2 days for a replacement and pay the high deductible again. It might not be their fault the screen didn't work but not having the part for a warranty repair when you called me a couple weeks ago asking me to come by 'whenever' and then to not have the part when i do come by and then taking a whole day to fix the phone after finally getting the part to only end up not fixing it and making it worse is wild. not to mention the first guy tried to get me to re-file my claim bc he couldn't find it for 15 mins."
