"I dropped off my iphone to get the battery replaced. I got a call that it was ready, but the battery they had was defective and they ended up putting the old one back in. Also that they replaced the screen because they broke it while replacing the battery. They then told me I had to pay $40 for labor to replace the screen that THEY BROKE and the battery THAT DIDNT WORK. Then Face ID didn’t work because it wasn’t an apple screen. So now I spent $40 to get a phone back in worse shape than when I took it there. And will have to take to an Apple Store and pay to get the screen replaced correctly."
"I would NOT go to this place to get your phone screen fixed. When I brought my phone in the, the guy told me it would be $199. Did not mention that Face ID wouldn’t work (which the told me when I picked it up). They then tried to charge me $300 for the fix. I told them I was not paying that and they then tried to make me sign up for a membership that would give me a $25 discount. After a lot of back and forth they conveniently were able to get it down to the $199 I was quoted. Worth noting I gave the rep my email to send the work order to and confirmed it TWICE. When I looked at the email they sent the work order to on the employees screen it was a bogus address with my first and last name. Super sketchy."
"I had an amazing experience at this uBreakiFix store, particularly with Kendrick! I was without a phone for a month due to Samsung requiring me to send phone in for fixing. During this time, he was extremely supportive and aided me while i navigated repairs to my phone. I am truly appreciative of his customer service! Thank you."
