"This company is the real deal! Their name stuck out which is what made me call them in the first place. The young lady was very helpful and provided me with info upfront such at the trip charge. I also received a courtesy call when the plumber was 30 mins out. Todd showed up on time and was very courteous. He investigated and diagnosed it as a damaged flanged causing a leak which materialized in my garage ceiling. The flange was poorly glued together by the builder and was not properly set. Basically, it has been leaking for 5 years since my home was constructed. He rebuilt the plumbing and so far so good! Very professional. I manage HOAs for a living and would love to have them approved as a vendor based on my experience."
