"Very polite first of all. Respectful and friendly. 1st attempt was an overnight fix that lasted about 2 days until my screen would not turn on anymore. 2nd attempt to fix my screen it was supposed to be an overnight thing, i waited half the day next morning and decided to call, they told me it would be another day since they couldn't resolve the issue and needed a part delivered. Ok. Next day i give them time and again, all day goes by and i never get any texts or updates, and i have to get with them after many attempts. Didn't get a response so i just went in person. The phone was ready with that fresh new glue smell. It's definitely not as responsive or sensitive???...as my original screen, it reads my finger print half the time, about a week in and i have a black dot in the upper left area.. and my proximity censor doesn't work from what i can tell anymore, like when I'm on the phone talking, pressing it to my ear, it doesn't automatically turn the screen off, and my face will press all kinds of stuff... Going to save money and eventually get it fixed elsewhere eventually."
