"I was very disappointed with the level of customer service and unprofessionalism exhibited by the staff. There was more than one event going on and instead of them directing the incoming traffic my volunteers were being told to ask them which play they were there to see while sitting in my production uninvited. Not to mention there was no soap, paper towels or toilet paper in the restrooms after being told the night before there would be. The trash can by the theater we used was full when we arrived . This venue is too pricey not to be well kept."

"I ain't never been somewhere so unprofessional. We had a production last night and there was no toilet paper, soap, or paper towels in the bathroom even after asking the night prior to make sure there would be some for our production. The trashcans were still full from the night before and were not emptied until we asked. The staff (Ebony to be exact) was beyond unprofessional and unpleasant and was not dressed appropriately for any type of engagement. I would not recommend coming here under any circumstances."

"This place has the makings of something very special. Unfortunately the owners have not taken the time to clean this place up and turn it into the hidden jewel it could be. It’s nice but could be fantastic. I’m ecstatic for the building owners because they’re folks of color, but let’s step It up."
