"I went into this location on Sunday and had a horrible experience with the cashier Alex. He was clearly racist and was very rude. We went back and forth for a minute and then I asked his name. He said, you can take a picture of my nametag. He had no shame at all. He obviously knows he won't get in trouble and has gotten away with horrible service in the past. I said to Alex you are only talking to me like this because I am a Black woman! His response, Yup. There it is. Wow. I went the next day to talk to the store manager and he was very non chulant too. I see now why this store gets horrible reviews. I will be filing a complaint with their corporate office, as well. And I surely won't be spending any more of my money at this QT!!"

"I go to QT all the time and I’ve never left a review but this location is awful. Almost all the pumps were “out of service” and the one that was working too forever to pump gas. Won’t be coming back here"

"I came here yesterday July 26th for gas. About half of the pumps had bags on them. I found an open pump and put $7 in my tank. The pump wouldn’t hold by itself and kept stopping when I pressed in all the way so it was pumping slowly which is why I just put a few bucks so I could just make it to where I needed to go. This location has a planet smoothie next to it in the complex attached. I went next door to pick up my smoothie and NOTICED I STILL HAD 5 miles after putting the $7 in my tank which should’ve gave me somewhere between 40-55 miles because my car gets 28mpg. I go inside and let the guy at the front desk ( Caucasian heavy set guy with glasses and blonde or orange hair) know what happened to see if he can help or send my money to another pump or do SOMETHING and he is absolutely rude. He says “What do you want me to do about it? You only put $7 in there what do you expect”. I literally just ended up leaving because I had my baby and didn’t want to argue but $7 should’ve gave me AT LEAST 40 miles at the minimum and I got 0 miles. I’m so happy I only put $7 because I come here often and fill up my tank and I would’ve lost more money. I won’t be returning again just because the customer service is awful and I see issues don’t get resolved here."

"This location has the worse customer service. I used to love coming here, but now they have all of these new people with horrible attitudes. I walked in today and the floor was soaking wet. An associate was mopping the floor and there was no "wet floor" sign out at either door. I mentioned it to the person that was mopping and he snapped at me and said "there was only 2 of them working there today". If that was the case, why choose to mop the floor in the middle of the afternoon with high traffic in the store and NOT put "wet floor" signs out? I mean make it make sense, or would you rather deal with an unnecessary slip and fall lawsuit?"
