"The best in Atlanta"
"I stopped by the store and purchased a gift for a friend who was celebrating his founders day. There were several quality items to choose from, and the customer service was superb. The prices were affordable and less expensive when I compared prices to other places."
"Not a good experience at all. My daughter and I went to this Greek store looking for paraphernalia. I asked the sales person if they carried items for my sorority, he never looked up from his paper to acknowledge my presence only grunted that they did not carry those items. I asked if he planned on carrying any in the future to which he replied "it wasn't worth it for him to purchase a license for the 2-3 people who come in per year and he didn't do bootleg" Totally caught off guard by his response, I replied that " I was glad because I do not purchase "boothleg" items." He suggested I go to my sorority website to purchase items stared at me and said have a blessed day! In an attempt to call his lack of customer service skills to his attention, when I arrived home I called to tell him about my experience in his store. He again rudely told me he couldn't help me. I expressed that I clearly understood that he did not carry my sorority items and told him it was not what he said but how, he responded. His response to me was no offense intended, have a blessed day and hung up the phone. Believe me I am not hating because we have every black Greek sorority represented in my family. It's just that everyone should be treated with respect. Why do we as African Americans treat each other like this an wonder why we do not succeed in business. The products may be great but the price you pay for the lack of customer service is not worth it,"
