"Very down to earth people are always willing to help you out. I was changing out my spindles on my mower and I needed 2 nuts to hold the blades on the spindles, so I was looking to purchase them and he walked to the back and gave me 2 good used ones. All he wanted in return was the old spindles."

"Took my chain saw for not starting except on choke. They called me and said it was ready. Went to get saw and it wouldn't even crank. Left saw and 3 days later they called. I left with saw and noticed I was charged for a primer ball and the labor to install. It was never replaced. When I got the saw, it would run out of gas at 1/2 tank.Took saw back and they had to replace primer ball, already paid for, and to lengthen the fuel line so that when fuel gets low,it would pick up the gas. Was also charged for a new fuel line and labor too install. Today I took the saw in to have the chain sharpened and was told noone would be there until tomorrow to do the work. I hope that the new owners work a little harder on customer service and have someone there to do repairs during the week, when they are open. I gave 3 stars because I know that it has to be tough starting out."
