They are very unprofessional and rude. Please do not purchasing anything as a buy purchase from this GameStop in campcreek. Receipts will say 14 days and they can deny your return."

"I must say I have enjoyed going to this store over the past few years I have lived in this area and conveniently right next to places I shop regularly. Sometime ago, I felt valued less as a customer and overheard the employees talking rudely about me behind the counter and decided to never return to the store. Now, I'm alright with honesty but when I enjoying my experience and feel insulted at the same time like everytime I step in the store it's a problem that's when I decide to just leave and never return. it was all cool at one point but sometimes I just don't know or feel welcome there anymore I never did anything wrong but sometimes the energy don't seem genuine! For right now I'm just undecided if I'd return anytime soon blessings though!"

"They got some little kids in the store that don't know what customer service is. I bought a Charger from this store I tried using the Charger it wasn't working and I decided to return it. When I go to the store they where very rude and disrespectful they refuse to change the charger they said they don't take returns and I don't see it written anywhere in their store. It makes no sense that they will refuse to take the charger they started confronting me and then the girl went out to call the police and started lying."
