"We had 3 phones that all needed new backs. They said thay had to be ordered, which was fine. I wad told they would be in by the end of the week. Long story short...it took almost 2 weeks for them to get the new backs. They never called me when they did get them in. I had to call them multiple times. Once I made the trip to albany to get them put on, I had to drop them off and was told to come back in 2 hours. 2 HOURS TO PUT 3 BACKS ONTO PHONES. When I came back, I still had to wait almost another hour. About a year ago, we walked in with 2 phones needing backs, and walked out about 30 minutes later job completed. What a difference a year makes, I guess."
