"DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICE They deserve No stars !!!!! But had to put one to post ……. They take forever to complete ! Kept my car for a month. Then when received I’m having issues that I didn’t have before turning it in to them ! Took it back to be told nothing is wrong and the issues are normal ! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I have been 3 months without a car. Weekly i get the updates with false information. My vehicle was waiting on seatbelt and diagnostics stating my vehicle was in clean up phase. My vehicle still waiting on parts. No vehicle to get to work, they do not care. I would never tell anyone about them."

"I am a returning customer to Corzavs, the 1st time took over 60 days due to the Honda parts being on back order, so I decided to give them another chance, this is the worst decision I have ever made. I got my rental and then I still waited for the Tow truck to get my vehicle delivered to Corzavs but I am tied up with getting started due to the 4th of July holiday and having to do the walk around with Corzavs to get everything started, so it was a miscommunication right from the beginning as the 1stvtime I used them my vehicle was in drivable condition and I didn't need a tow truck. I was given updates that my vehicle was right on time and I was looking at July 19th for pickup, I knew that was just too good to be true. Just 21 is the very last text update I received from Corzavs then I started getting text updates from my insurance adjuster with Geico Jason. Jason gave me 2 different pick up dates for my vehicle the last being ready for me to pick up on July 25th and so I called Lemetris and I explained to him that Geico said my vehicle was ready for pickup he said that he never said that and that my vehicle was not ready for pickup it was going for an alignment at Goodyear and he was not even aware that the blower in my vehicle quit working upon impact it won't blow heat or air or defrost nothing comes on, he checks on it and says it's fully charged the air is cold and works fine in the back of the vehicle it's just not working up front, as we continue about our conversation I explained to Lemetris that I was just made aware by my insurance company that they would not extend my rental and it was up the very next day on a Friday! Lemetris said well you can just pay me your deductible and I won't fix your blower and you can then take it to Honda and as long as they can say it's due to the accident why it isn't blowing they will have to fix it for free or reimburse me because I only pay for 1 deductible that way I didn't have to pay out of pocket for the rental, I told Lemetris that I didn't feel comfortable with paying out my entire deductible and knowing that my vehicle was not back in the pre accident condition that it was in prior to the car accident. Now he has my insurance adjuster refusing to fix the blower unit and it was working properly until impact. So basically because I refused to do it his way and allow him to give me my vehicle back unfinished and still needing work he went over to Geico and got them to refuse to fix it, they then called me at 4:26pm on a Friday with 34 minutes before they closed to tell me to come pick my car up and that it was not properly repaired back to prior accident condition, and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it they will not fix it. 34 minutes prior to closing on a Friday they are not open on Saturday or Sunday leaving me either stranded if I turned the rental car in or out of pocket to continue with the rental through the weekend!! Please take heed and rethink using this shop, please learn from my repeated mistakes as I used this shop twice and both times they cost me out of pocket expenses! They are very rude and very unprofessional, Lemetris is as high up as the shop goes because when I asked to speak to his boss they said he was as high up as possible. Lemetris tried to take advantage of me as a woman trying to pull a fast one on me and now I am not just stuck with out of pocket expenses for the rental car but I am also going to have to take my vehicle somewhere else and pay out of pocket to continue getting it repaired back to the pre accident condition. If I ever have to use a collision repair shop ever again and this is the only place to choose from I would choose to ride my bicycle instead!!"
