My husband was trying to talk to Bill about what services they do and he turned around when he heard his name but the moment he seen my husband was a black man he swatted his hand as if he was swatting a fly and walked off. In my opinion that's completely unprofessional. An I now don't care what service he does he want get a dime of our money. Poor excuse of a human I'd say."
