"I want to say that I was very impressed with the service and installation of my AC and heating unit. The first person to come out to My home was Shane Rathel. Very informative sales person who showed me everything I needed. Did not try to over sale and quoted me a price that I was very happy with. The installers that came out. Was very professional and knowledgeable of their craft. Mario, Ignacio, Michael came to my home at 8 AM and finished shortly before 5 o’clock. They made sure every attention to detail was made. I want to give the installers special kudos for all that they did. I highly recommend Riley heating and air, and will also continue to have them service Both of my units."
"We woke up one morning and the heat wasn't working. We decided to call Riley Heating & Air because we previously used them for a minor issue with the air handler in the attic and they were great. We knew that our HVAC System was getting old so we thought that getting a new system might be necessary. Shane Rathel, Comfort Specialist came out to our house and looked at the entire system inside and out. Afterwards we sat down and discussed many options to choose from. Shane was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in explaining our options so we decided to go ahead with a new system. The technicians, Mason and Phillip arrived on time. They were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. They were able to install the unit without any issues. Afterwards they took the time to show us how to operate the new digital thermostat. We are really impressed with Riley Heating & Air for scheduling a standard one week follow up visit to ensure the system is working properly and we are 100% satisfied. Thomas and Jackson came out and checked the entire system. The system was installed exactly as explained by Shane. We noticed right away that the system is quieter and much more efficient than the older system. We are extremely happy and satisfied to say the least. Starting with Shane, Mason, Phillip, Thomas, Jackson and with the entire office staff to include Karen. The experience and prompt service that we received from Riley Heating & Air was beyond our expectations. We HIGHLY recommend them for all heating and cooling solutions. "Beau came and fixed our electrical problem and had a system up and running within 15 mins. He let me know what the problem was, showed where it was, changed out the filter and gave me some advice on how to save in my electric bill. He was very kind and thoughtful as well as informative. I definitely recommend this service. I called around noon time and they were here around 2. Quick and friendly service."
"Called on Friday morning to get a service tech to come look at my AC unit. Started making a loud, squeaking noise the night before. The lady I spoke with was very nice and very helpful and professional. She was able to set me up with a same day, afternoon appointment. I got a call at lunch time and the service tech was nearby and able to come out. He was also very friendly. My unit would not make the noise again after turning the unit back on so that problem didn’t appear to be present upon inspection so the tech (David) checked everything else out. Coolant was good, capacitor was weak so replacement was suggested. He checked a clog I mentioned up in the attic in the air handler and he cleared that up and told me I could maintain it a few times a year. I was very happy with the assistance and service from the initial call to the actual repair. I signed up for the annual maintenance VIP plan that Riley offers because I have 3 units that are up there in age and I believe the plan is a very reasonable and worthwhile choice."
