"Georgia Comfort is a HVAC company I'll recommend them and Chris Rariden to anyone looking to install new systems or serivice existing ones. I replaced 2 ACs and furnaces at my place and they walked me through the sales process patiently answering all my questions about their options and alternative options and in the end gave me competitive deals. I also have their annual GA Comfort club service that services my units in spring and fall. Their staff are friendly. The only thing I am not a fan of is that they don't reliably call to set up the appointments. I've missed one or two because of that in the past 5 years."

They're always easy to schedule with, communicate well (calling before they arrive), and they always come on time. Recently our AC stopped working and Alvin fit us in late in the day, staying until almost 8:30 to make sure the unit was working before he left. He was professional and knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure we understood what had gone wrong and how he had fixed it."
