"Scott was excellent. We had an emergency; discovered one of our hot water heaters was leaking. Water had started to flow unto the adjacent room with carpet and also had leaked onto the floor of another room. I had called my home warranty to let them know that I had an emergency. I didnt want to wait on the home warranty to find a plumbing company because they said that it could take up to 6 hours to call back (it took 2 days). So, I called United Plumbers and reached Scott. He said because I had an emergency, he would come out right away. Scott came out and took care of everything, not only did he replace our two 2004 hot water heaters, he also brought everything up to code. He spent many hours at our home, from 2:30 pm to after 10pm.
