"This location is poorly staffed, and the staff that IS there has very little product knowledge. I came here yesterday (the day after my birthday) to buy a smart tv. The associate sold me an open box tv with no remote. As I was rolling it out of the store on the cart (with my receipt in hand), two employees stopped me and asked if I needed help checking out. As if I was stealing. Anywho, I Came back later to swap the tv out for a brand new one that came with the remote. Took it all home, plugged everything in, and realized it wasn’t even a smart tv. Had to come back and return EVERYTHING. Please restaff this location. The camera department is one of the few and ONLY departments where the staff has sufficient knowledge on the products. I tried to file a grievance yesterday but the manager resisted giving me the necessary information to do so. I won’t be coming back to this location. I literally live across the street but after so many poor experiences, I would rather drive elsewhere"

"Damaged my wall from the installation . Installed a smart lock that doesn’t work. Called customer service and I heard a tv playing loudly in the background. I said hello twice and they hung up."

"I bought geek squad because i wanted protection from my tv. They’ve come to my home 4 times and have not been able to fix my television. The 4th time i requested for it to be swapped and instead i got rescheduled. Now i have to wait another week (1 month total) to get my tv “fixed” and then request for it to be swapped, approved, and get it swapped. And somehow the Customer is wrong because the final time i requested for them to leave after 11/2 of repeating the same thing the other reps did. I’m not investing my money in this and I’m not recommending anybody to purchase it."

"AWFUL. RIPOFF. You think you're getting someone local who will come to you to fix your problem. HAH. I got someone who was late. Didn't fix problem. Really just there to sign me up for $250 plan that just puts you into impossible conversions with people in foreign countries REPEAT. DO NOT USE GEEK SQUAD unless you love wasting your time stresss and aggravation and being transfered multiple times on hold for 20 minutes and finally ending up with someone in the Phillipines that you can't understand and can do nothing to help you.
