"Their business name can be deceiving since there is NO quality in repair or service. I spent a total of $6,762.74 at their shop last August of 2020. They didn’t put everything back in place including screws and nuts, when they took my truck apart for repair. This shop only accept repair jobs that are easy and profitable, and will turn away more complicated repair jobs. You be the judge in their business name and service. I don’t see any quality in their service."

"Steve is shop manager & service writer, good guy! He's knowledgeable and easy to get along with. Kit is office lady, she's always pleasantly upbeat. Mechanics sometimes leave a little grease and dirt behind but if You politely say something they'll clean it up without any complaints. Morristown Drivers Service (MDS) uses this facility as a primary repair location. Parking lot is usuak full and tight but manageable, if needed they'll move or adjust vehicles so you can get in. Bringing a trailer is the most challenging. Street is extremely narrow and cul-da-sac is very small and tight to turn a road tractor & 53' trailer around in. Plenty of fresh & hot coffee available for the driver. Waiting area is okay, somewhat comfortable but could use a tv w/ cable/directv for the driver as sometimes the wait is a little long."
