"I called Scott Walker Heating and Air for a service call. I had noticed some water draining from the outside unit and a humming noise. Mr Walker called me back and explained what he thought might be going on and as it turned out he was absolutely right. For my piece of mind, I asked him to send someone out to check it. Within a few hours, Tom and Andrew came out and thoroughly checked everything and determined all was well. They were very professional and took their time to educate me as to what was going on. Now that I understand, I feel much better. I purchased my system in September of 2020 due my last system all of the sudden dying.
