"The area it’s in has become a bad spot. The night we went, there was a fatal shooting across the street and the onlookers tried to hide inside the theater. Fortunately the management kept that from happening but it was frightening."

"First time for me and my wife to visit! We purchased tickets online to see Oppenheimer. We arrived on time. We found close parking. The staff was very friendly. Restrooms were clean and neat. Security was present. Seating in the luxury theater was extremely nice and very comfortable. Snacks were pricey. But, the main complaint was the volume intensity. YIKES! It shook the seats and headrest, which was cool, but we literally shoved napkins in our ears in an attempt to reduce the volume. That didn't work. So, I just jammed my fingers in my ears for most of the movie. Oddly enough, I heard more clearly the actors' dialog with my fingers jammed in ears configuration. I highly recommend taking ear defenders or ear plugs to watch a movie in this theater. We'll return. We will be the couple wearing the over-the-head ear protectors: same ones we use for chainsaw work at our house."

"Had an amazing time for viewing of the color purple. The staff were amazing and friendly. Would definitely come back. There was no wait and the process to purchase tickets was at the concession stand on this day."

"I love this movie theater!it's awesome! Affordable! Comfortable! Spacious! Easy to navigate! Oh,and the staff are incredible! Very polite and knowledgeable! And helpful as well! Want to point out a particular gentleman who went above and beyond, not just meeting my expectations but far exceeding them!! Mr. Yerick! Upon assisting me with my purchase, I continuously, jokingly kept asking him if I could please have a "The Marvels" button( as this is the film me and my family of 4 had come here to see) and upon my consistent, persistent askings( and after getting permission from his superior, I hope I'm not getting you guys into any hot water,if so...my deepest apologies) he gave in! Wow!! Now I have a Marvel souvenir! You see,I'm a comic book writer/ artist as well. I've been collecting and reading Marvel comics waaaaay before it became"pop culture"! Way back in the 70s when it wasn't considered"cool" to be reading comics! And if you were caught reading a comic book you were labeled a"geek" and/ or a nerd,lol unlike today where now it's a multi billion dollar juggernaut( pun intended)nowadays people my age will swear up and down saying,"yeah,I read comic books back in the day; lying through their teeth! Knowing full well they were the ones,the bullies who beat up the one's who read comic books! Now that it's popular and ok now they want to jump on the bandwagon, lol sheesh! Anyway, I digress, lol great job guys! Me and my family just recently relocated here to Warner Robins and therfore Galleria Cinemas will be our #1 Movie destination for now on! The fact that the theater is a mere 6min away doesn't hurt either, lol. Please excuse this rather lengthy review by the way, like I stated earlier, I am a writer, lol great job guys!
