We had hot water only a few hours after our old one stopped working thanks to them. Their technicians were polite, respectful and super efficient. They have us some good tips too!"

"I honestly have no idea how this company has so many positive reviews. I have been a landlord and using contractors for nearly a decade, and this is the absolute worst experience I have had with a contractor to date. For starters, the tech did not call to give me a heads up that they were in route. Then, he did not call when he arrived. Then he left the property without giving notice, came back, then ultimately decided he couldn't do the job. No call. No explanation. No nothing. I called the office countless times throughout the day with no response. The lady in the office was very unprofessional. After giving her my phone number she could not read it back to me properly. Then said she would send me a quote to make sure I didn't get charged beyond the agreed-upon price. The entire day went by and I never received a quote, despite the fact that I requested multiple times. Then, after all, the tech said he needed someone to help him do the job and just left the property. Once again, no phone call, no explanation...nothing. It is only now at 5:45 PM, after the entire day has been wasted, that they have reached out to tell me that they were steps in this crawlspace and they couldn't complete the job. Thank you for wasting my entire day. Plenty of other reliable, professional plumbers in the Atlanta area you can use. Don't waste your time with this company. You have been warned."
