"This company was contracted to come out to fix my dryer. Both times they called, said they were coming but never showed. Said they showed, but didn't get an answer. I have multiple cameras on my property, none of which shows him or his vehicle on my property. Additionally, not sure why someone would "knock on the door" when there is a doorbell to ring or if you called to say you were on the way, why not call to say you were outside. The second time, the contractor called an hour after he supposedly was at my home to say he was canceling with a picture of my front door from his vehicle. The contractor simply did not want to do the job and it showed! The contractor's name was Eric! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"I have been dealing with cooling issue with my refrigerator since July 12th and still as of today (almost 2 months) the issue exist. Technician visited us about 4-5 times so far every time they come they mention we are diagnosing and will order parts. This summer going through such inconvenience is totally not acceptable. At least for refrigerator's will never recommend this company."
