"Customer service is back! Had an upstairs AC unit break at the start of the June 2023 heatwave. The job was assigned to AAction Air by my home warranty company and boy did they come through. Katie and Courtney kept me (the landlord) and my new tenant informed throughout the estimating, scheduling and repair process to get us up and running again about as fast as it could possibly be done. I would happy use this company again just for their price, professionalism and responsiveness, but the outstanding customer service is what really makes them stand out in my mind. We need a lot more Katie and Courtney's out there these days."
