"DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. Took my car for the first time today left it for 4 hours and NOTHING was done. Should have known that when I left a message for my service advisor a few days ago with a couple questions about my upcoming first visit and didn't hear back it wasn't going to be a good experience but..... Was told 2-3 hours for Lincoln Priority Service: Oil Change, Rotate Balance check fluids etc the basics. No loner car available which was one of my phone call questions that didn't get answered. Lincoln owners are provided with one for the first 4 years 40k miles. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know ahead of my visit could have planned for it. They offered an uber free of charge. I didn't want to have them pay for my uber, that was a bit much for me to accept so I called a family member to pick me up. When 3 hours passed I assumed I would get a voicemail again so at almost 4 hours I decided to get dropped off because it couldn't be much longer right??? WRONG. THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED ON MY CAR!! Things happen but all they had to do was pick up the phone and call me when they knew they were having issues. Pros: Nice Gentleman that greeted me both times when I arrived. Thats it! Service Manager apologized and offered to give me a car to take home and they would take care of my car. Declined as I don't plan on ever letting them work on my car."

"I was a new customer for first oil change. Was felt like they could have cared less I was there. Susan very rude. Had to contact them to see if vehicle was ready. When I showed up to pick up, Susan handed my paperwork and handed me my fob saying “it’s out there somewhere”. My husband drove around and could find it. Found it with my vehicle app and was in the gravel employee parking lot! Wrote the customer service person with above facts and never replied. Not returning."
