"Had a LG fridge go out after 5 years. Just started not cooling or freezing. Called several recommended service companies after reaching out to LG. Tanstel answered right away and scheduled a service appointment the next day. The service technician (John) arrived on time and after looking at unit said he could fix it "now". The compressor had burned out, but was still under a 10 year warranty so the part didn't cost a thing. I was in shock that he had enough knowledge to anticipate the problem and arrive with the parts in his van. He was very professional and polite. Very knowledgable. Had the fridge up and running like new in a few hours with uploaded firmware and tested it out. It has been working beautifully for over a week. Super happy with Tanstel's service and John's work. Highly recommend."

"LG suggested that I contact this company to have my LG Computer monitor repaired. The sent a technician to my home, he diagnosed what needed to be done and charged me a $250 deposit for trip and part. They said they ordered the part to complete the repair. I contacted them several times over many months and they didn't return my calls, didn't refund my money and didn't repair my monitor. These folks are crooks, they stole my money."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called the warranty people about my fridge. I was handed to Tansel and they came out next day to check the refrigerator. Tech said that they needed to order the part. It took them 5 days to supposedly order the part.. that’s the last we heard from them… multiple phone calls and escalations with Lowes extended waranty"

"The worth customer service I have ever received!!! Arrive time on 1st response was awesome, and than…… Zero communication, couldn’t get my part ordered or even give me my order number. I ended up purchasing the part myself from LG distributor, paying out of my own packet even tho it’s warranty item. Have been without refrigerator four days and they wasted so much of my time!!!! Now I have LG Presidential department involved and hopefully situation will turn around for a better for us…"
