"I called All Pro to come out and look at my refrigerator after it stopped cooling both in the chill and freezer sections of my fridge. Stan (my technician) was very helpful, and clearly explained to me what the problem was with my fridge, the options I had, and the different ways we could solve it. Without going into too much detail, it ended up that the options I had (which were very expensive) did not solve the problem with my fridge, so I ended up having to buy a new one as it was only about $200 more to buy a new one than to replace the compressor and parts on my old fridge which Stan was willing to do for me. Stan was very nice, and I did NOT get charged for the two options he tried (which would have been close to $1000), since it didn't fix the issue, I just paid the service fee since I didn't want to pay to replace a bunch of parts on this thing. Stan was also very nice and spent time explaining which fridges to look for when buying, which ones lasted longer, and which ones were worth investing in, which I greatly appreciated it. I always appreciate striaght-forward technicians who clearly explain the plan, my options, and what I would be charged if a fix is found. Should I have any other appliance issues, I will definitely us All Pro again."
