The work performed by the team here was done very well, and also completed slightly ahead of schedule. Regular text updates throughout the process were also a nice touch. "Worst experience ever. Matt the adjuster filed my claim with the wrong insurance company which prolonged my waiting period by two weeks. The manager took no responsibility and after their mistake asked me to follow up with the insurance company to help move things along. I never got a call on the status of my repair. I did however receive multiple random text saying my car was ready for pick up, and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready. Worst part is I found out when my car was actually ready for pick up from the insurance company. I would never ever use this collision shop again!!!! Beware!!!! You have been warned!!!! I wish I could give them zero stars!!!!"
