I was contacted before my appointment time to let me know that an item I needed was not in stock and was given the courtesy of rescheduling, dropping the item off or receive a call when the item arrived. I appreciated the call so that my trip wasn’t wasted. When I arrived I was pleased to find a clean store and friendly/ knowledgeable staff. My phone was repaired as promised but the service was above and beyond expectations. The problem and process were explained thoroughly. I was very pleased with the experience when I left. "I found this place on Google after my Samsung S8+ screen was cracked for the third time. I scheduled online for the $10 off and arrived early, everyone, especially Andrea, was very nice and immediately helped me. She made sure my phone was in working condition and assured me that's exactly how they'd return it. I figured it would be done by the next day, but she told me it would be done in just a few hours! I arrived back at 1 o'clock when it was done and she had it ready for me. I checked a few things, like making a call, typing on the new screen, and using my fingerprint to unlock the phone. The only thing that wasn't working was the fingerprint scanner and Andrea immediately fixed it, it just wasn't connected, and it works now! Screen looks great, works, was fast, and the service was very friendly! Would absolutely use them again!"
