"My experience started out terrific with this company; they were responsive and attentive. I contacted them to upgrade my whole house sound system. They provided what I thought was a fair quote, but then when they started the work, they recommended I make a significant upgrade (with a significant price tag) to my home network. I agreed and they quickly installed new networking equipment. The problem is that the system didn't work. Very spotty, slow, etc. (I have fiber so no reason to have these issues). They came out several times to fix it, but were unable to get it working properly. After several months and multiple visits by Atlanta Audio Video Systems, I called another home networking company to fix the issue. They were able to do so, but had to replace some of the equipment that Atlanta Audio Video Systems installed (we used as much of it as we could). I asked Atlanta Audio Video if I could bring them the equipment we were no longer using and get a refund for that particular equipment and the labor charged to install it (since it never worked right). Long story short, I was told to call his attorney. I would not recommend this company. There are far more professional and reliable companies in the Fayette County area."
